Scottz - you need to do this for yourself!!! You can do this and i'll be here to support you all the way!!! Just let me know how i can help you! Simple suggestions. Balance you carbs with your proteins your total proteins should equal half of your carbs lots of veggies pay attention to high carbs. change up white rice to brown rice. Greek yogurt has more protein not all are created equal look at labels chobani is made with juice not high fructose stay away from that when ever you can sub out more veggies vs. starches do it. White potatoe for sweet potatoe if you can and like . Nuts are your friends but remember qtr cup with half a banan is perfect combo :) Lots of water or teas emoticon emoticon move daily start slow 20 mins then increase it by 10 mins when you feel you can!!
