Thanks for the comment on my blog :) Glad it got a laugh out of you! I do workout in the mornings (most of the time!). It's hard, but I know I need to do it. I am usually exhausted, but after doing it for a week or two, it becomes a lot easier to wake up. And the fact that it's light out in the morning helps! I try and set the alarm for 6 and I get up, let my pup out and then change and hit the treadmill or do whatever workout routine I have scheduled. If I absolutely can't scrape myself off the bed, I try to get it done as soon as I get home from work -- but it's definitely a lot easier to get done in the AM because after work I'm pooped!

I have a hard time trying to focus on working out after a long day of sitting on my butt... I have found that scheduling a workout appointment with someone (helpful if they are showing up too) is something that has worked for me to stay accountable. I really hate letting others down, so I show up (even in an icky mood) and do what I have to do. I ALWAYS feel better when I am done.

I really am trying to get a routine going so that I have time to work out in the morning. The only difficulty I have with that is that I have to get my daughter ready for school so I would have to be back home by 7am to do all of that and get myself ready for work... which means that I would have to get up REALLY early. It's really a give & take!
