Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I was here a few months ago but dropped it--it was taking too much of my time. I am now 12 pounds heavier than when I dropped!! GRRRR!
I am a strong Christian who loves listening to Christian and Country music. Some of my favorites are Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Casting Crowns, Mark Schultz for Christian and Alan Jackson, George Strait and Shania Twain for Country.
I am quite active at church--I sign the songs for the contemporary service, head up Socialites (a group that does different events for fun and fellowship once a month), am (sometimes) involved in Sunday School, run the store in VBS every year and more.
Unfortunately, I don't have a very active social life, with the exception of Socialites and find myself feeling lonely.
I am currently in the process of using up all the scraps of yarn I got when Gram moved out of her home and into an assissted living home and am knitting a multicolored afghan with a burgandy border around it.
I am on the Flat Belly Diet from prevention magazine. I am really enjoying it. I've also taken up jogging and go to the gym every day for 30-45 min.
I am bipolar and when I am on my meds, I do just fine. The problem is remembering to take them! I am a total bookworm--I love reading just about anything I can get my hands on. I also love doing logic problems and word puzzles.
I am a lead teacher of the 8-18 mos at a christian preschool and LOVING it! God sure knew what He was doing when He gave me that job!
I am not married and don't have kids, but I do have a cat named Meeko. I am also a Disney fan.
Well, as you can see by the lack of quotes, I have been off air for a while now--seems I can't quite keep up. I have since changed jobs and have gone up even more in my weight. I have now admitted that I am addicted to fast food and soda and am trying very hard to get rid of this addiction. It is a true addiction in that I am going into debt to feed it.
8-16 update. I am doing much better on my addiction, only going out 1 or 2 times a week instead of 4 or 5 times a week. I have decided that when I get to my goal weight, I will take a cruise.

See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting" I'm not sure where I got this quote from, probably from some Christian book that I was reading, but it seemed appropriate for what I'm going through lately.
