I can do it !!
My name is scotquin12. I am 54, my weight has always been up and down all my life, I'm married, my dogs are my kids, I have MS. But I am very grateful because I can still walk today. I started this 'new weight' adventure 8/5/8 at 222 lbs. I have started small walks with my dogs seperately because I walk with a cane. Then I come back for the other 1. Not very long or very fast but at least something! I am also a NEW 'born again' Christian. Working on breaking my strongholds!!
