Just Pacing Along

Hiya. I'm here to try to tone and lose about 13 or 14 pounds. I'm a tuba player at Missouri State University, and while I was in the marching band carrying a 50 pound sousaphone almost every day I'd lose 15-20 pounds a semester, but I'd have horrible back problems. Now that I'm out of marching band, I want to get back to my ideal weight, but without the back problems. The pictures on my profile are from when I was at my ideal weight around October/November of 2008.

Now that I'm out of marching band, I want to get back to my ideal weight, but without the back problems. I'm trying to be consistent on tracking my nutrition, but I've found that when I do try to limit what I eat, I'm hungry all day and I'm often feeling sick to my stomach or slightly dizzy despite eating small things every 3 to 4 hours and staying within the recommended calorie intake. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Now that I'm president of an organization that is the same as working a full time school on top of 18 credit hours and a paid part time job, finding more than 10-20 minutes to work out is a challenge!
