Mid-Life Realization
One day in early February, I glanced at my physique in a floor-to-ceiling mirror and saw a flabby, tired, and stressed version of myself. I did not at all like what I saw and realized that I had not taken good care of myself and have started a program of consistent exercise, healthy eating, and key lifestyle changes that would lead to less stress and more sleep.
