To be fit and healthy!!

I have have finally made progress on my weight loss! I am so happy with my success! I joined WW in January. I needed to make a commitment with paying to attend the meetings and the weekly accountability at the meetings. I am making healthier food choices. I am eating more fruit and vegetables. I have stoped eating potatoes and rice. I still eat pasta but in moderation. I eat whole grain pasta only. I am exercising daily. I joined a gym and walk a mile to a mile and a half 2 to 3 times a week on ...

I signed up for a 5k walk in May.When the weather is good I power walk for 20 miutes at lunch time every day that my work schedule allows. Since the time change, I walk between 1- 2 miles after dinner.I have lost 10 lbs. and inches every where. My clothes fit so much better. Yeah for me!! You can do it too!!
