Starting Fresh... Slow and Steady
The last few months have found my life turned upside down and inside out, and I have coped by eating... getting up to my highest non-pregnancy weight. I'm about to switch roles with my husband and go back to work full-time and need to find a way to take care of myself and manage my stress. My goal is to lose half a pound a week while slowly building new food, exercise, and life habits.

My Goals:
1) Eat more fruits and vegetables in a day than I do fast food in a week. 2) Kick the soda habit. Yummy water! 3) Swim as many times as I can in a week because it makes me feel good. 4) Appreciate my body for what it has given me and reward it with kindness, not food.
My Program:
I'm not following a specific program because I'm kind of a crazy perfectionist and tend to quit the first time I "mess up." Instead, I'm trying to establish healthy habits. The first thing I am working on is tracking what I eat.
