It's time, I can do this.

I live in WNC. I have made excuses and lived in denial about my weight for the past few years. I have a husband, two teenagers and a full time job. It's time I put me and my health a little higher on my to do list. I have to do this one step at a time but this time I am going to win.

My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to lose 50 lbs. I want to do this slowly so when I reach my goal I can maintain it. My fitness goal is to just get moving and to do some light weight work outs.

My Program:
I am recording every bite of food I put in my mouth and everything I drink. I have realized that weight loss is a numbers game. I only have so many "numbers" that I can consume in a day. How fast or slow the numbers add up is up to me. I try to get the most out of my numbers.

Personal Information:
I am married. I have a 16 yr old daughter and a 13 year old son. We live in WNC. I have a full time job and not a lot of "me" time.

Other Information:
I have recently began to find the time to read. I have been reading Stephanie Meyers, Anne Rice, Nora Roberts books. I am involved in whatever my kids are into.

Hi just wanted to know how are you liking carb cycling so far?? We do have a thread for both carb cycling we did it days and for exercise...want to join us?? emoticon
