At least until I deployed. Over in Iraq I packed on the weight, and wore my body out a bit more. Now here I am a few years later still carrying the weight from that deployment, and then some. I exercise regularly, and try to keep my calories down, but it's not working so far. My weight just maintains. ...
Hi, I am a 18 year Army Vet, who has always had difficulty maintaining my weight. I have always been over the Army's standard table weight, but always Passing by Bodyfat test. At least until I deployed. Over in Iraq I packed on the weight, and wore my body out a bit more. Now here I am a few years later still carrying the weight from that deployment, and then some. I exercise regularly, and try to keep my calories down, but it's not working so far. My weight just maintains. Hopefully the SP program is what I have been looking for to help me meet my weight loss goals. Aside from just that, I also want to feel better about myself. I want to look in the mirror again and see myself, rather than my father, whom I am rapidly morphing into.
