Thanks for the comment.. I appreciate the kind words, but I have a really hard time staying on track because of my busy schedule. I just have to start over when i mess up. I am sure you are doing fine. I feel as long as we try to drink lots of water, eat right, and stay active if that means cleaning house or our busy schedules, I think we will both successed at our goals. Actually house chorus is burning caliores.
I have slacked myself because of my busy schedule but I am trying to get back on track. I am trying to cut my diet sodas out and drink all water (got it cut down to just 2 diets to keep from having headaches so far) and trying to eat right. Then I will add exercise back as soon as I adjust to the water and eating right.
So how have you been doing on your diet? It would be so much easier if we all had high metabolism, lol.
