Wanna be a big time loser in SC!!

Have 40 lbs to lose again! It's usually the same 20 lbs and I have let myself go so bad that now it is 40 lbs to lose. I am on week 2 of eating better and exercising. I am so focused right now that I am not hitting my requirements in the nutrition area. I limit myself so much during the day thinking I will eat them at night and then I feel guilty after working out and I don't eat much. so any help with your food menus would be appreciated!!

Thanks for the comment.. I appreciate the kind words, but I have a really hard time staying on track because of my busy schedule. I just have to start over when i mess up. I am sure you are doing fine. I feel as long as we try to drink lots of water, eat right, and stay active if that means cleaning house or our busy schedules, I think we will both successed at our goals. Actually house chorus is burning caliores.

I have slacked myself because of my busy schedule but I am trying to get back on track. I am trying to cut my diet sodas out and drink all water (got it cut down to just 2 diets to keep from having headaches so far) and trying to eat right. Then I will add exercise back as soon as I adjust to the water and eating right.

So how have you been doing on your diet? It would be so much easier if we all had high metabolism, lol.

Hey, I don't know if 40's w/ toddlers will get restarted but I go there and huddle with myself. LOL Kind of cracks me up and makes me smile.
