I'm starting the C25K plan this week. I'm planning on doing a 5K mud run in September. I did it 4 years ago but am not in the as good of shape as I was back then. Congrats on getting into week 3! 2614 days ago
Thank you so much for the spark goodie soup! I do feel better but my son still has that annoying runny nose! But...with some good weather (we are heading back into rain again), we would all be perfect!
