Wow, you're doing great on the running and cardio. I've been building my endurance by walking longer distances than just a mile or so at a time. I also get in little 30-60 spurts of jogging. I didn't say 'running' for a reason, sometimes my speed doesn't change a lot when I go from walking to jogging! Thx for the inspiration!
Hi there I noticed you are finishing week 4 and it looks like you have already ran a 5K. I have one on Saturday and I will be finished W4D2 by then. I was hoping to run for 3 minutes and walk for 5 until I finish. Does this sound reasonable? 2865 days ago
