My Goals:
-Eat breakfast everyday.
-Exercise 2-4 days/wk.
-Eat 5 small meals/day.
Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water/day.
-Lose weight in a healthy way.
-Eat healthier.
-Keep a journal.

My Program:
I am still healing from the birth of my beautiful baby girl MacKenzie. I do not want to over-exert my body, however, I do want to incorporate some type of exercise even if it is just a brisk 20 minute walk. I am focusing on cutting calories (in a healthy manner) and working my way back into an exercise regimen that I can stick to!

Personal Information:
My name is Michelle, I am 24 years old and I live in South Park, PA. I have many hobbies, such as going to church, singing, swimming, listening to music, and all kinds of art!

I love art, scrapbooking, movies, hanging with friends, surfing the net, listening to music and singing!
