Finding Myself....One Drop of Sweat at a Time!

Been at it just over 2 years now, down 90 lbs and 8 sizes - if I can do it ANYONE can do it....trust me!!! You have to WANT it and you have to BELIEVE you DESERVE it!!!

It's not going to be easy, may even be the hardest thing you have ever done, but with a little luck and a lot of determination you too might just be able to Find Yourself....One Drop of Sweat at a Time!!!

"Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Although these birthday wishes are quite late, they are still filled with warm thought, hoping you enjoyed your day and you have a wonderful year ahead! Happy Belated Birthday.
