I am a beautiful, successful mother of 2 little girls age 6 and 22 months. I have been battling with my weight since having my first daughter. Prior to pregnancy I never had a weight issue in my life. I guess I also have had no idea how to create positive changes. My road to weight loss success has thus far been a difficult battle. Full of ups, downs and curves in the road. I have made a lot of excuses for myself and lacked in consistency.

But no more. I am commited. I will make positive changes and lose this weight. I only have 49 pounds to go. I am more than half way to my goal.
So on with it...

Fitness Minutes: 890

My Goals:
Prior to having children I weighed 160 lbs. I looked great as I have a larger frame. My goal is to be a shadow of my former self again. Boy how I miss being able to walk into any store and find something that fit me on every rack.


My Program:
I'm trying to be quite strict with my eating regime at the moment to get my metabolism going good and strong again. My excercise regime has been a little lax lately but I am planning to step that up too.



Personal Information:
I live in Barrie, Ontario. I have been in this region my whole life. I am a very ambitious woman and am often guilty of taking on too much at once.
But as I am a very strong willed person I always finish what I started with flying colours.
The one area I have been unsuccessfuk in life is in weight loss. But I am determined that I will surpass this greatest challenge too. I am a strong person, but my wants and wishes do not call for me to be an obese woman. This is going to change right now.

    I am guilty of weighing in everyday. I only count it once a week and try not to be hard on myself the other days because of normal weight fluctuations.

    Thank you very much for the words of encouragement! It's good to have a boost like that once in a while. I am taking your advice and going to do a high-energy dance class, as tomorrow goes for the weigh-in, if i don't lose I will continue plugging away, cuz eventually it has to come off right :P
