My Goals:
Retrain my thoughts about food - not the enemy but the fuel to accomplish my goals.

Lose 20 lbs (25 stretch goal) by April 1st.

Have more energy to keep up with my FI & daughters.

My Program:
Beginner running program (4 days per week)

Strength training with trainer at work 2 times per week. Strength training on my own once per week.

Goal calorie intake - 1250-1550
