My goal is to get down to a healthy weight by modifying my lifestyle. I want to not only look beautiful, but feel like it too. Hopefully by losing weight it will also help with my medical problems as well.
One thing I want to do is eat my meals at the same times everyday. This helps train your body to not go into starvation mode and store up what you eat. On top of this I will set up an exercise routine that fits into my schedule. Since I'm a pretty organized person being able to track that stuff here on the site will really help me out. By not expecting or setting up large amounts of weight for me to lose over a long term time period I will not feel as discouraged.
Thanks for commenting on my blog! I use the Soothing Green Tea for K cup Keurig. As far as I know it's just green tea. I don't add anything else to it. Usually I have green tea with lunch, black tea with dinner, and a chamomile tea before bed.
