Getting Fit for Life
Have decided, now that I am preparing to go Gluten and perhaps also Dairy Free to both support my dear bf and to improve my own overall health, and having purchased a new gleaming motivational bicycle to get me out on the road (for exercise and lower carbon footprint), that it would be good to track my nutritional and fitness results using SparkPeople!

My Goals:
Looking to learn how to cook (and eat out) gluten-free, looking to maintain good nutritional health while doing so (not going carb crazy with all the gluten-free baking), and track any hopeful fitness and weightloss results from both the change in diet and the incorporation of regular aerobic exercise with my new bike.
My Program:
1. track actual foods eaten etc. to identify and target any problem areas for maintaining good basic nutrition, plus maybe some weightloss 2. track fitness goals 3. join in communities like GF, CF (casein-free), insomnia, etc. to get help and motivation
