I have gained a lot of weight over the past few years and I would like to lose it. I used to be able to bike all day, but now I get winded. I want to go back to being reasonably in shape. I have high blood pressure, too, which I know will go down if I lose weight. I am gluten intolerant, but I eat gluten too often, which makes me bloated and sick (but it's sooooo hard to avoid it, especially when I don't always want to). My Program:
I am sticking with the calorie intake that Sparkpeople recommends for me. I'm exercising 5 or 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes (usually more) I'm completing at least 39 human powered miles each week (biking, walking, running, swimming, whatever) for the 2012 miles in 2012 challenge.
