Hi, I'm Jayme, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, we live in South Carolina. I have two sweet little boys, Cole and Jamison, Cole will be two in May and Jamison is 6 months. I'm a type 1 diabetic, have hypothyroidism and high cholesterol. I really want to try my best to be as healthy as I can be for my little guys.

My Goals:
To eventually lose enough weight so I feel comfortable in my own skin. :) Right now, though, just to enjoy life and keep at this weight loss game.
To show my boys how to live healthy.
My Program:
cardio 5x a week
weight training 3x a week
eat within the calorie range set by SP.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
