My goals are to lose 71 pounds and get fit through exercise. I want to be able to play and keep up with my very active 1 year old!
I am eating between 1200 and 1400 calories a day right now, occasionally going to 1500 (my range is 1300-1600). I've done well on this so far.
I also plan to workout as much as I can, starting out at 3 days per week minimum and working my way up!
I live in South Carolina. I have been married for 4 years and I have a 1 year old son.

Hello!! We joined Spark around the same time, and are both members of the Teachers Learning to Lose team. I'm actually a teacher's aide, working towards my teaching certification. Good luck on reaching your goals - keep working towards them and you will definitely succeed.
