I'm Suzann - I have struggled with my weight since my early 20s - as a kid/teenager I never thought about what I ate and never played sports or worked out. My metabolism changed drastically after having babies in my late 20s - I had to really work hard to lose it all - I idscovered Jenny Craig, Kathy Smith, and Bob Greene as my virtual coaches/personal trainers. Problem with that is I had no accountability and yo yo'd through my 30s. Then I started kickboxing and weight training and was in the best shape of my life by my 40th birthday! Unfortunately, life got in the way with illnesses, job losses, multiple moves with the family and I quickly fell out of everything I did for myself. I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam in 2005 and was hooked - I read The Spark a year after that and believe I have found what I need to make a change in my life to finally stop the yo-yo diet and yo-yo fitness routines. I am determined to reach my healthy weight and level of strength that makes me feel confident & I can maintain forever with positive daily habits. Married, mother of two, with very busy careers - time and priorities have always been my downfalls. I am looking for like-minded workout buddies to share up and downs and encouragement to get through both!

My Goals:
Currently doing the 21 Day Fix

My lifetime goals are to establish a daily routine that keeps me on track:
- minimum 10 minutes of movement - workout with a Beachbody Program or just stretch 10 - but make it a daily habit
- daily Shakeology to meet my nutritional/supplement needs
- daily journaling to keep my focus and motivation

My Program:
My daily minimum goals are my starting point - I will add to these to increase my success, but can always fall back to them on days I want to quit. I will continue to increase my minutes of cardio and strength training as I turn my goals into habits.

Other Information:
I love Chalene Extreme and TurboFire - they are my favorite hardcore workouts. I also love to walk/jog when I need an outdoor workout.
