My Goals:
I'd love to lose weight before my class reunion in October. To reach that goal, I plan on journaling what I eat, and increasing my physical activity.

1) Drink 8 glasses of water per day
2) Start and stay with an exercise program
3) Take my vitamins daily
4) To eat with nutrition in mind, not empty calories
5) To make new like-minded friends while here
6) To help motivate and encourage others
7) Stop negative self-talk
8) Improve quality of life with the above goals!



My Program:
Besides eating sensibly now, and cutting back on eating out at restaurants, I'm working out to a Zumba DVD. It's a great high energy workout.

Personal Information:
My name is Sue. I'm 45 years young, and have 3 wonderful kids (15, 13, and 8). My hobbies include kayaking, camping, theater, and comedy clubs.
