CHANGE

Recently I have stepped back and looked at myself, right down to the relationship I am in to the relationship with my children to the relationship that I have with my food.

These are all the things I want to change,

I want to pur more happier days ahead of me, instead of looking back on the year and go, what is happening to me.

I am need of change, and so tired of looking at myself this way, I want to change myself, both inward and outward.........

Hi. See if you can find the book, The Last Diet. The first half is about sugar addition and the seven steps the author has developed to help with the chemical imbalance in our bodies that she explains. The second half is her diet plan and exercise model for after the chemical imbalance is corrected. I am on step 1. My friend found a copy in her public library. I just ordered a copy from Amazon.
