Hi,
I'm a mom of 5, ages 16-6. And I'm working on making healthy choices for the rest of my life. Right now it's really challenging with 5 kids that I homeschool and work fulltime as a home health nurse, This has been a really tough battle trying to lose the extra pounds from last pregnancy as you see above baby is now 6!
But the last 4 months I feel I have finally reached the other side of this battle. Meaning I've really been focusing on my self talk and stopped beating ...

But the last 4 months I feel I have finally reached the other side of this battle. Meaning I've really been focusing on my self talk and stopped beating myself up for the occasional mistake and when the scale doesn't say what I want it to. It's been an uphill battle but I'm making progress.
My mantra these days is "Focus Fox!" And I must say its working. And I've given myself permission to take however long to reach my ultimate goal. (But I am hopeful that next April 2014, I will have reached the ultimate goal of a size 8 and I'm under 25% body fat scale goal 135-140)

My Goals:
Get to healthy weight
healthy cholesterol level
overall general good physical, mental , spiritual health.
Size 8
25% body or less

My Program:
My focus now is eatting healthy trying to eat whole foods as opposed to processed. Drinking enough water a day.
My exercise program is walking for 30 minutes 3x week and strength training for 20-25 min 2x week and building up from there. BIG thing getting back into a routine. Still trying to get into a routine!!

A new week and a fresh new start! I have 3 weeks to lose my final 5 lbs, so for the next 3 weeks no more sugar! Back on track and walking every day. I wish you a wonderful week! Miss & love you tons!! emoticon emoticon
