I saw your post about being on a plateau. I've had AT LEAST 20 different plateaus in the course of a few months; trust me, you ARE NOT ALONE! It's hard to stay healthy when you're always on the go. It usually helps me to start my day the night before. Try laying out your workout clothes and your work clothes the night before. Also, pack your lunch, snack, and if you can dinner the night before. Preparation is the key to combat overeating. You may be overeating in the evening because you're tired or because you're really hungry but don't have your food already prepared. This journey that you're on is not an easy one, and it's going to take some sacrifice on your part, but Take a breath, sit down, make a plan, and work on staying with it. 'What is it like to be a Christian?'
The coworker replied, 'It is like being a pumpkin..' God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff. He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see.'
