Salutations and welcome to my page. A bit about me -
I never had a problem with my weight until after my beautiful son was born. After he blessed my life, my body changed, but my bad habits did not. I have gained 50 pounds since having my son and am finally ready to make the long needed changes to my physical, emotional, mental and spritual being. . I want to be healthy and happy for myself and my son.
