My Goals:
Ok, this is the THIRD time I've done this geeeze. OK, take a breath. I was diagnosed with MS in 2003, Bi-polar in 1993, Spinal Stenosis last year. SO, I was down to 169 but that was walking from the hermosa pier to the Manhattan Pier and back. So my back doc said "WHOA" My goal is to continue exercising as much as I can without increasing my pain.

My Program:
Now I walk my two girl dogs at the park with the soft track and I walk on my treadmill. I also do Wii Fit, and a Physical Therapy routine to which I've added arm work.

Personal Information:
Orginally 3rd gen. born in
San Bernardino. Moved to WRightwood, Nor. Ca., Back to SB for College, "Go Coyotes!!" Up to the High Desert, then to San Fran, then to Mass., then to NYC, then back to the high desert, on to Belmont Shore, Santa Monica, Venice, returning to Belmont Shore and on to Torrance, then up to Rancho Palos Verdes, to finally settle in Torrance where I married my NEIGHBOR, yes, I'm the girl next door your mother warned you about. Our dogs brought us together so of course they were in our wedding. We got married on the beach north of the Chart House where we then had our reception- 10 years ago. I love being married! Even though sometimes it's difficult.

Other Information:
Adore Wizard of Oz and anything RED, movies based on true stories unless they are scary. Reading just about anything, Steinbeck for now. Also...When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. Victor Frankl.

thanks for the comment. i would still track your food. sometimes you think you have done worse than your really have. even if it is bad you can actually look at the numbers. i always track. and hey today is a new day. START FRESH! GOOD LUCK
