I was pretty tiny most of my life and when I went through a stressful and depressing time in my life I gained quite a few pounds. It took some time for me to believe I wasn't fat, and to know without a doubt that I'm beautiful. I know that now, but I also know that I want to be healthy and that is my goal in using this program!!

My Goals:
I think I have a pretty realistic goal: to go from 138lbs to 125 and to learn healthy eating and excercise habits that can become part of my daily routine.

My Program:
I've just started this really, and I'm trying to find a friend that would like to do it with me so we can keep each other accountable.

Personal Information:
I'm from Ontario, Canada...what else do you want to know? LOL!

Other Information:
I love to sing, read, watch movies, write stories, go to concerts, dance...I basically love life.

I'm currently reading: Christ The Lord - Out Of Egypt by Anne Rice. It's awesome!!

Hi!! I have been MIA for years and still dealing with this weight struggle but I think I got it down mentally now!! I think I "get it" and why I have not been truly successful... I hope all is well! :)

Health is so important. There are 60 year old women that look better than 25 year old women. I have the body of a women that has had 3 kids and that is now even right nor is it attractive to me. If I want to live long, healthy and happy I need to start taking care of me NOW and that doesn't just include weight loss that includes every thing else about me mentally and physically. I believe I can do this and so can you!

Lets take a stand!
