Eat THIS!

someone once told me that it takes years to get over 300 lbs. and lots of effort. i beg to differ. i gained 30 lbs in six months and i am pretty sure i did nto enjoy it. i cant remember what i ate and i love to critique every bite that goes into my mouth. but today is the last day. i cant continue getting bigger and bigger and feeling worse and worse about myself. i like being a girl with a little extra but to be almost a quarter of a ton is too much... i am starting over.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 80 pounds so that I can be a healthier and more active person.

My Program:
I am no longer dieting. I promised myself that. Instead I am being highly selective in what I eat and being more aware of what I put in my mouth.

Goals:
1. No more eating after 7 pm.
2. Exercise 5 days a week (on shcedule).
3. Get outside more with the baby to limit time around food.
4. Log everything I eat.

Hi Scarlett, thanks for commenting on my blog. I can relate to putting on 30 lbs in 6 months. I did the same thing following a hysterectomy. I kept it on for just over a year, but since starting my "lifestyle change", I've taken it off. I still have another 20 to go, but I am feeling much, much better. We have alot in common, your goals are similar and boy oh boy do I know about night time snacking. I still have to work hard to overcome that habit. And I'm really trying to get out of the house daily as well. Good Luck on your Journey.
