I live in rural northeast WY...work as an Administrative Assisstant for the county. I have had a gastric bypass about 5 years ago and have maintained a substantial weight loss...I just need to lose about 70 more pounds...I have some joint issues and major hernia repair dones so finding a comfortable exercise program is a challenge. I am thinking that maybe water aerobics will be the answer.
