I turned 63 on April 5, and am feeling so much better than I did a year ago. I still have the Fibromyalgia but it is basically in remission. I don't even take the pills anymore for it. I still have a ways to go, it's a long process. I have lost inches but not much weight, but then I feel good so that is what counts. I go to the gym 3 days a week now and work with my trainer for an hour, then socialize for a bit and do my cardio before I leave. I love Spectrum and would never change. It's a ...

WINWIN1 How long have you been in California? We lived there for almost 20 years and got so tired of all the traffic and how expensive it was. We lived in Orange County. Now we live in Texas and although the traffic is bad, it is nothing like California. I'm glad you like it. Yes you sure can get some great fruit there.

Thank you for the strawberries - since we have been in California I have eaten sooo much fruit! The strawberries here are amazing!! Actually, everything tastes so good! What fun. Thanks agian!

Hi Bev! How are you doing? How's the challenge? Only one more day of week 1! I wasn't able to do my 30 min yesterday. :( So, one slip up for me for this week. Dangit! I'm heading to the gym soon to get my 30 min in for today!
