My Goals:
Cut back on bad for me foods. I need more vegetables in my life.

Mini goal 1: nothing fried. It's my only restriction right now. When it becomes 2nd nature, I will focus on something else.

Other Information:
I just moved back to my hometown. We have been living with my parents which means not having a lot of room in the fridge for what I like to eat. But all that is changing. As my life falls into place, my health will become a priority again.

Welcome to Spark People and to the Sleep Apnea team. There are so many good resources and friendly people on this site.

I am glad you found the Belly Dance team. I was going to hook you us with one of my friends from Mixed Mutts. She just went on a cruise with a group she dances with. They performed. I thought it was pretty cool.

One last thought on Belly Dancing. Back in the 70's I registered the community college classes in the evening, so each term I got to go out and see how different groups were doing. The belly dance class was so interesting. The group of women started in all ages and shapes. By the end of three terms, I would say that everyone had lost about four inches or more off their tummies and at least 20 to 40 pounds. I wonder if it is too late for this grandma to take up belly dancing.
