My Goals:
Cut back on bad for me foods. I need more vegetables in my life. Mini goal 1: nothing fried. It's my only restriction right now. When it becomes 2nd nature, I will focus on something else.

I just moved back to my hometown. We have been living with my parents which means not having a lot of room in the fridge for what I like to eat. But all that is changing. As my life falls into place, my health will become a priority again.
