Just Workin' on My Fitness
I'm looking for a lifestyle change I suppose. I want to be healthier and fitter more than actually lose weight right now. As I get fitter, I know the weight loss will follow, so I'm trying not to focus on the numbers as much. I've changed my outlook on exercise in the past two months. My problem is that I can't stick to a strength training program. That's my next NSV, to complete a month of doing the same program.

-Cardio at least 3 times a week ( now running!) -About to start a regular strength training program. -Cuting out the excess carbs/fat/calories in my diet

I'm applying to law schools in the fall, hopefully looking at USask and U of M.
