I have a busy life to say the least. I work a full time, flexible job...so my hours vary. I have a four year old daughter. I have a husband that loves to cook...that's a good but bad thing! I'm trying to develop a better spiritual life with God and trying to figure out how to have more time in my day!

Glad to read your post and happy to see your progress! I met my goal a couple months ago and am now working on KEEPING IT OFF! I set a goal of 130 but was so excited about how it continued to come off, lost another 25 lbs.! It's so fun to go into the "teenager mall shops" (when I'm an old lady of 53!) and pick out the sale jeans of size 5! Never again am I going to go to a size 18/20 like I had become 2 years ago! Thanks to Sparkpeople, my wish to become my "former skinny self" came true! Hang in there! Best wishes! Melinda
