My Goals:
Fit in fitness daily- work out minimum 30 min 3x week
Lose 50 lbs in 6 months - by August 2, 2010

My Program:
Use the gym here at work at least 3x week 30 minutes
Bicycle, elliptical, free weights

Other Information:
I love my job, and I love feeling great. Living in a party atmosphere is fun, but presents challenges. Getting a lifestyle that supports excellent health is my goal.
