Never stop fighting to do better for Yourself!!!

I started spark in december of 2010 at 326. I was doing good until my stepfather passed away in July '11. Even when he was in the hospital i was maintaining 277. After he passed things got weird for my weight. We had 3 more deaths in the family after that. I stopped paying attention to my weight. For almost 6 weeks i did not get on the scale. When i did, i woke up to how bad i had really been doing. I was back up to 321. So now i am struggling to get back into the groove of things. ...

So yes i am starting over from the beginning again. Re teaching myself to measure my food, drink almost nothing but water, and getting moving again.

Update Nov 3, 2014:
I have pretty much been ignoring myself and just existing. I know this a bad thing to do. I had so many deaths and stuff back to back and dealt with a lot of emotional blows that i stopped focusing on what i was doing to myself. I have gained up to 345 pounds. I know this is bad. But with the help of my therapist, i am finding my way back to a healthier me. So hear is to a restart of my journey. I want to and WILL suceed this time. For me and for my family sake!!!!!!

I am hoping to make that final goal by May of 2016. I don't want to over do it to fast.



My Program:
I am doing the sparks program of watching my calories and other things that go with the food.

I am trying to do aerobic at the minium of 3 times a day. Arthritis in the hips make this hard but i am working through it anyway.

Drinking pretty much only water, cause i know the pop and tea have sugar and that keeps the weight on for me.

Personal Information:
Moved back to my home town. The stuff on the farm didn't work out. But moving has gotten rid of alot of stress. I hope this aids me on my weight lose journey.

Other Information:
I am a big Laurell K. Hamilton, Anita Blake, NUT. I love how she writes. Excited for her next book to come out in June.
