My health is the most important thing in the world to me and to my family. I will never be a huge fatty again and I will lose 15 pounds in this challenge and KEEP IT OFF! I compete in running events, biking events and triathlons annually in order to have a consistent exercise goal. I hope to stay fit for the rest of my life.

alright ladies! i have a little over a month to lose 14 pounds. It's completely practical and i think i need to be more strict on myself! i dont know how you can help me anymore than what your already doing but i need help from you guys. i told scott that i can no longer eat after 8 and IF i need anything late at night, i can only have a pickle, yummy! my goal is to work out before the wedding on saturday, drink and have fun, but not get completely wasted, just so that i can function on sunday and still be able to work out... i think i've only done that once this whole time. maybe checking in with me during the weekend might help? idk but if i dont lose the weight by my goal date ill be very upset with myself. bikini season is right around the corner!!

I am back on my game too...this past week I fell off the spark and had no clue how much I was eating...even though I know it was less (my gain came from the limon and cranberry drinks from 6pm-2am Saturday...causing poor hydration and poor eating). That alcohol gets me every time, but I need to stop that, so I stop smoking, so that I can work out and last over an hour without losing my breath...ugh! Hope all is well with you...good luck!!! I also think we need to switch weigh in days, cause I lose more between Tuesday and Thursday...just kidding, but seriously I do! I just need to watch myself of Sundays!

Hope the kids are feeling better and you get back on track as well!!! I have Tim involved with eating right now (he already lost 8 lbs in two weeks)...so it is making things easier for me!!

so what are you giving up for lent? anything? I have a few things in mind, but I want to become 100% healthy before I do anything completely. I went to the dr last wednesday and he put me on some pretty crazy antibiotics...i have majority of the side effects of it....but I will be done taking it on friday! How is everything with you guys!? Did you have a good eating/drinking weekend? I didn't do the best, but I did get a lil extra movement (walking quickly) in!

Nice work Katie!! Mary told us about that on wednesday, your right, she is a good girl back home :) hahah jk! so ive done 3 days now where i run at LEAST a mile and so i decided to step on the scale and ive lost 3 lbs since tuesday!! staying at 1200 calories is not that hard, its just making me realize how much i was over eating before!! we are going back home tonight to help dad move cows before they pop and have their babies! i love calving time, its my favorite. i guess we'll see how cowboy scott is. ill put him to the test AGAIN! have a good weekend!
