My Goals:
I would like to lose 60-70 lbs. I basically want to be healthier for both myself and for my family!

Short-term Lifestyle Goals:
1. Do not take seconds at meal time.
2. Watch food portions.
3. Reduce fat intake.

10 lbs. by 2/14
(Update: 10.8 lbs. on 2/12)
25 lbs. by 4/2

My Program:
1.Consume proper amount of calories each day.
2. Complete strength training and cardio workouts at least 3 times per week.

I have three daughters (ages 5, 3 1/2, and 1 1/2).

I teach chemistry.

I am actively involved in my church.

Saw your negative number on the Workout After Work challenge and wanted to say congratulations!!! Then I saw your status and wanted to say have fun!! I just joined a gym today that offers Zumba and can't wait to try it myself. Good luck on your goals!
