    I know you like pleasure reading and all and not serious reading ...BUT I did buy The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance and it is for endurance athletes who go low carb and how that works. I bought it with the thought of being a runner again someday and how to make that work with LC life. I've not read it yet as I'm working on finishing a couple others but it might have some secrets to losing while doing strenuous exercise and keeping lc that could help you. I was already NOT exercising when I went LC so other than some walking now and again I've not exercised much but I want to know how to keep everything in balance when I start so I can be successful!

    Oh, I definitely agree about the fruit. I've had a few more berries lately than I had been having. It isn't summer form me without Corona Light and lime wedges either, lol. So a few of those are now budgeted into my life. Weirdly...I do better with just a few more carbs (like around 30 g).

    Sarah, what if I don't put the Glucci in the shake? You think it would still be ok, although less filling? I looked everywhere for the stuff in town but I assume I have to order online?

    That sounds like a great summer thing to have... I don't always love eating when its hot out. Can you tell me what Glucci is? I'll have to hit pinterest and see what I can find. I have a giant bag of choco whey protein powder and this would probably be a good way to use it!
