Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in year. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

I just wanted you to know that since my "discovering" that more than half your SPoints earned were earned for exercise, it has helped motivate me to do more! There are actually more reasons than just this, but every time I add fitness minutes to my tracker I think of you and your terrific accomplishment. Thank you...........
