Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in year. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

Thanks for the comment on my page; I'm alive and well, and need to do better at being involved on our team. I've started doing Bikram Yoga the past four months (for the most part, just once a week) and it's both the hardest thing I've done, but also one of the most physically gratifying things I've ever done. You continue to be an inspiration to me!

I find that the days I don't have a protein shake I eat like such crap, then I went a full two weeks without one and gained 3 pounds, thankfully I see that correlation but I too should be reworking my eating plan!

I hope you find your groove again!
