Thanks SB - we're happy to have you on board! Hay House is great, we recently visited them to work on the book and even got to meet Louise Hay - that was a thrill. They are a great group of people.
SparkCheers! You can do this - just keep taking it one small positive step at a time - I've seen thousands of people change their lives on SP by doing this.
Hi! I don't have any secrets. I'm actually still following the pre-bariatric diet they require you to be on before the surgery. I was working 11-14 hours a day and was very busy at my job. It was easy to do a meal replacement then. Now that I'm out of a job, its more difficult. I am working on exercising at least 3 times a week though. I love to dance so I turn on one of the music channels that the cable company offers and dance in my room for at least 30 minutes three times a week. I think I'll also seek out a nutritionist eventually if I don't have the surgery. I also bought a really good video for yoga for folks who are less than flexible. Its pretty good too! I am trying to work that in as well. 2967 days ago
Congrats on the weight loss...any secret you would like to share? Probably self-discipline, motivation, and exercise. My downfall: trying to get the gym after work, especially now that it is cold and dark when I leave work in the evening. Brrr...all I want to do is get home. 2968 days ago
