One day at a time, one pound at a time! If you fall off the wagon and splurge, just pick yourself up, dust off and get back on where you fell off! I can't look at the long term goals, I concentrate on the daily goals and take it one baby step at a time, it isn't so overwhelming to me that way. Make changes a little at a time rather than trying to change them all at once and before long you realize you have made a lot of changes and they are all working together for the good!!
