My Goals:
I am currently at 224lbs by the time all is said and done I want to be at 124lbs. I have exactly 100lbs to lose. I would like to lose about 2lbs a week.

My Program:
I am going to try to eliminate sweets from my diet, exercise more, and have portion control.

Hi! I saw ur post on the 50 pound challenge team that u were looking for a buddy to help you along the way and I'd love to be given the opportunity to be just that! I am in dire need of one myself. I am a 28 year old mommy of 4 girls (8,5,4, and 2). I am trying to lose my first 50 pounds as well and that afterwards will attempt to lose another 35 to 40 pounds. So we have just about the same goals. So if you'd like I am here!

Thank you everyone for leaving comments. I have been out of town for the last week bc my brother was deploying to Afghanistan. I did not have access to a computer at that time so I am just now reading the comments. I honestly do not remember how I got the ticker because I had to ask someone else.
