My Goals:
1) Work out 5 days a week.

2) Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day.

3) Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

4) When I fall off the diet, get back on immediately!

My Program:
1) 1200-1500 calories

2) Minimum of 5 - 30 minute work outs a week.

3) Lean meats, vegetables, fruit, whole grain breads/pasta, healthy oils, etc.

**** I am sorry for the general note everyone, but I am so busy I wanted to touch base with all my friends!!!! ****

Thank you so much for all the support and care you have offered me lately. You have no idea how much you mean to me. I wanted to let everyone know that I am steadily getting back on point even if I am not as present as normal here on spark. I have had a lot happen to keep me even busier than normal. Business at work is picking up (yeah!) but that means my time sparking at work isn't where it had been and then I am dedicating my home time for my kids and for me to work out and rest. I will not be using the computer to spark at home besides to track my nutrition or to get a recipe for dinner during the week. On weekends I need to try to keep it to a minimal. Right now the kids are not doing so hot emotionally. They really have the daddy blues and it in light of that I am working extra hard to keep their minds and bodies busy. On a side note, this means I am working out a little extra because we are working up a sweat with our playing. I hope that everyone has a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend.
