105lbs to lose in a year! Help please!

Hi my name is Sarah-Jane. I'm 18 I live with my long term partner. I'm hoping to lose as much weight as possible before we marry next year. Also my weight has been affecting the chances of conceiving so that's something that needs sorting.

My Goals:
By the end of next year I want to be 140lbs. If I'm honest with myself I have no motivation what so ever, eventhough I have a partner, I'm going to get married in the next year and I'm trying to conceive. I'm trying hard to motivate myself but I'm finding it very difficult.

My Program:
I've only just started so I need breaking into the whole thing.

Other Information:
I've just started reading again and so far I've read two amazing and funny books called "metro girl" and "motor mouth" written by Janet Evanovich. I seriously advise them to everyone.

Welcome to SP. You're taken a huge step in the right direction. Utilization of all the tools SP has to offer will be helpful, but the support is overwhelming. Log EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth. The food tracker here on SP is a very good one. Exercise as much as you can, just get up and move! I lost my first 37 pounds on a Tony Little Gazelle, you can also do it just by walking. Get a pedometer and walk, walk walk! One you see the weight start to come off, it will motivate you to keep up the work.

Welcome to SP. Use the site to it's fullest, track your food, and exercise. You will make your goal! Remember, it's not how many times we fall that count, it's how many times we get back up that count. Good luck on your journey to a healthier life! It is hard work but so very worth it!
