Let's try this mindful eating (again). I am learning how to eat when I'm hungry, use smaller portions and love myself (MORE). I've always enjoyed working out - but staying motivated is a big problem.

I also use positive affirmations, mirror work and visuals to keep me motivated and focused. You will see that I do not use the term "lose" while I am on my journey in regards to weight. That is because when we "lose" something - we usually mourn over it and want it back. I have no intention of going out and finding these excess pounds once I let them go (release them.)

I want to thank all the people that kept directing me back to sparkpeople - this is an amazing community of the most supportive and inspirational people.

This time I'll stay true to my word!

My Goals:
1. Eat consciously.

2. Keep my water intake up.

3. Limit sugar and fat intake.

4. Eat more fresh veggies and fruits.

5. Do a minimum 3 days of cardio a week.

My Program:
Cardio: 3-5 days a week .

Strength Training: 2-3 days a week.

I alternate days so my muscles can rest.

3 meals a day with protein+carb snacks/shakes in between.

Other Information:
I love the beach & reading
