Taking off the Fat suit!

So this is getting ridiculous!
I am still fat and hate my body!
Its Time! I did it once I can do it again!


I am 42 and aging fast!

I never really thought of myself as big but I am.
When I look in the mirror I am not sure who that chunker is...

I don't feel like that fatty in the reflection!

I want to live a long life, parasail without worrying about whats gonna fall out and make men double take when I walk ...
So this is getting ridiculous!

Update April 2009:
Down to 160lb..very happy with myself
I tend to forget that I am still a bit round and veer off the track quite often!

I am ready to get this right! I now realize that I can maintain my weight so its time to get to reach for my goal.

Now I am 41 and Fatter then ever! At 220lb I am the biggest I have ever been. I am also Single now! I think all the bad emotional eating is coming to an end and I am ready for the next wave of life. I just dont want to do it FAT!

My Program:
1200-1500 calories a day. Quality foods! Lots of produce, fish and organics.
30 min cardio minimum and stretching..lots and lots of stretching....

Planning ahead is critical!

I work full time and run kids everywhere.
