Hi all I'm Savannah I am a 26 year old mother of two little girls ages 5 & 2 and now a proud mama of a baby boy. With spark I was able to lose my first 35lbs. I unexpectedly got pregnant and am now ready to lose the baby weight and get back on track to getting down to 160lbs. I recently signed up at the Longview Rec Center so Zumba and strength training ARE ON!!!! I also walk about 1.5 miles to pick my 5 year old up from school a few days a week.

My Goals:
My first short term goal was to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. And get my weight down below 200lbs. Now that i have reached that first goal i would like to strive to maintain my lifestyle and get below 180lbs.

Long term i would like to keep maintaining my good habits and healthy new weight. I would like to weight in the 150's or be in a size 10 or maybe 8 pants.


My Program:
Drink.Log.Move.Lift.
REPEAT!

Drink 64ozs a day

Log my food with myfitnesspal
~~~~|DAILY!|~~~~

Move my body over to the rec center and do at least 3 classes a week (and push myself)

Lift weights min. 2x a week

REPEAT!
