Hi! My name is Shelly. I am a nurse in N. Ont. I've heard some really great things about this site and well... I'm hoping it'll help me out. I am a hard nut to crack. My Goals:
I've been tryin to lose weight forever... I'm not sure I believe it's possible. Even though in my head I know that it's possible. My only goal is to be Healthy and Diabetes Free.
My Program:
Right now I'm starting out slowly.. just working on drinking water, keeping track of what I eat and incorporating some exercise.
Personal Information:
My hometown is a tiny little community in Northern Ontario. There are only about 450 people living here. The closest city is about 3 hours away and the second closest city is 4 hours in the other direction.
Other Information:
I love the internet... Google is my favourite site. With that site you can do anything and the world is at your fingers.
